Kundalini Activation Sessions Terms

Before booking, it is important to note that the Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) sessions can facilitate a process of deep trauma healing leading to significant personal and spiritual growth. Please read the Kundalini Activation Sessions page to fully inform yourself of this energy healing modality in advance of booking.

KAP sessions are recommended for those who feel ready to undertake a deep journey of healing and have sufficient resources in their life to support them through the process. The majority of the time, the sessions will result in us feeling lighter and more at peace, however, it is important to note that it can sometimes result in us temporarily feeling worse before we feel better. In order for healing to take place at a root level, we have move through the pain which has been stored in our body. If we suffer from any physical health conditions, symptoms can flare up before they subside. As you break free from your conditioning and align more with your true self, aspects of your life which are no longer in alignment with you can start to fall away. This can be initially disruptive to your life as you move through a transition period.

It can be helpful to undertake 1-to-1 Somatic Trauma Healing sessions alongside the KAP sessions to support you with any processes arising during and after sessions. Reiki can also be useful to support grounding, energetic clearing and nervous system regulation.
